Dave Edsall
 
A fourth-generation, lifelong resident of Ventura County, Mr. Edsall received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics and Business Management from UC Davis in 1976. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University of Law in San Diego in 1979.
 
For over 20 years, Mr. Edsall’s primary areas of practice have included Estate Planning such as Probate and preparation of Wills and Trusts, Business Matters and Civil Litigation. Mr. Edsall has represented Construction, Agricultural, Distribution and Manufacturing Companies in a wide range of business issues.
 
Mr. Edsall was admitted to the California State Bar in 1979. He has served as President of the Camarillo Breakfast Rotary Club, Chairman of the Board for the Camarillo Family YMCA and currently serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Camarillo and on the St. John’s Healthcare Foundation Board.

Katherine Edsall Wells
 
Katherine Edsall Wells graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in American Studies and in Spanish. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School, where she was an editor for the Stanford Journal of Law, Business and Finance and a Student Coordinator for the Immigration Clinic at Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto. Katherine is proficient in Spanish.
 
Katherine worked as an associate attorney for over four years in the Los Angeles office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where she focused primarily on complex civil litigation and on electronic discovery. Katherine was admitted to the California State Bar in 2007, and she is admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit and the Central, Southern, and Northern Districts of California.
 
At Edsall Law, Katherine focuses on Estates, Trust and Estate Disputes, and Business Litigation.

Raised in Southern California, Mr. McVerry received his Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, in History from California State University, Northridge where he was also recognized by the NCAA as an All American swimmer. He received his Juris Doctor from Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law.
 
Mr. McVerry is a former law clerk at the United States District Court and a former Deputy District Attorney for the County of Ventura.
 
Mr. McVerry was admitted to the California State Bar in 1977 and has been practicing law in Ventura County since 1979. Mr. McVerry also works for the Los Angeles County Fire Department as an Ocean Lifeguard and acts as a Professor of Business Law at California Lutheran University’s ADEP program.

A native of Rochester, New York, Mr. Freedman has been a practicing attorney in Southern California for over 30 years. Mr. Freedman received his Bachelors of Science degree, Cum Laude, in mathematics from State University of New York. He received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern School of Law in Los Angeles in 1976.
 
Mr. Freedman has had extensive experience in representing individuals and corporations. He has provided his clients counsel and services relating to a wide variety of legal matters, including: business litigation and transactional matters, errors and omissions of professionals, real estate litigation and other tort matters.
 
Mr. Freedman, who is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, the Central District of the United States District Court and the United States Supreme Court, is a member of, and active in, numerous professional legal organizations. These include the Los Angeles County and Ventura Bar Associations, and State Bar of California. Mr. Freedman is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a well known legal publication. The AV rating is the highest rating given to attorneys.
